We’re excited to share the first edition of a weekly recap of highlights from the Morpheus ecosystem. The decentralized AI ecosystem is developing at lightning speed, so we want this to be your weekly go-to for the latest developments.
Let’s dive in.
MOR Token Claim Day on May 8th
All eyes are on May 8th 12:00 UTC, when the MOR token launches on Arbitrum. This is when the 90 day bootstrapping period ends and Capital providers can first claim their MOR rewards for staking ETH.
Read the MOR Claim Day FAQ post, prepared by Morpheus Contributor Anton (@antonb in Discord).

In preparation for the next phase of development in the Morpheus network, a new site has been launched geared towards serving the growing Morpheus community.Â
It’s live now, go check it out: mor.org
We look forward to your feedback.
Top Security Firm Open Zeppelin Completes Audit of the Morpheus "MOR Token" Smart Contract
This is now the 7th audit related to the Morpheus Smart Contracts to be completed. We’re glad to see such an experienced group sign off on the development work that has been done by the many open source Morpheus Code Contributors.
You can find the audit here: OpenZepplin MOR audit
MOR Claims & Uniswap Testing Guide
To give users a testing environment for claiming MOR, Morpheus community members have prepared a guide. Here is the link: MOR Claims Testing Guide.
Please note that the testing is being done directly on Arbitrum in order to give the most realistic testing environment. The low cost of Arbitrum fees should make for low cost testing. Though keep in mind while these are test tokens, the Arbitrum fees are real.
Big thanks to @antonb @BowTiedBlueFin @Christopher @Maxwell_Smart_Agent and the others that prepared this Testing Guide for the Community.
Latest MRC
Morpheus Requests for Comment (MRCs) are the beating heart of progress in the Morpheus ecosystem.Â
The latest MRC is MRC34: Smart Agent Domains. Smart agent domains identify smart agents (NFAs, please refer to MRC21) and solve the problem of how frontend UIs and developer tooling interact with smart agents.
You can read the full MRC34 here.
